Entrepreneurship

Lessons from building and running companies for over two decades. Productivity, the Lindy Effect, founder momentum, and what I've learned about staying useful as a company grows around you.

"My Best Productivity Hack" has nothing to do with fancy apps, advanced systems, or color-coded to-do lists. The best hack I've found is simpler than all of that.

"The Lindy Effect: Do Long-Lived Companies Still Win in the Age of AI?" came from something I've been working with more deliberately lately. The idea that things which have survived a long time will probably survive even longer, and what that means when AI is changing everything.

"Founder Momentum: Difference Between Being Busy and Being Valuable as a Founder" gets at a truth I keep coming back to after many years of building companies. If I let my founder momentum slip, the company loses the energy that sparks anything new.

More entrepreneurship posts coming as I keep building.
